Step 1: Start at the Nockatt Coppice Car Park which is free. Cross the road carefully and head onto the path, walking around the access barrier.
Step 2: There are tens of different tree species here alongside rhododendrons and it was lovely to see them in autumn. Follow the path to the right.
Step 3: The path then veers left before heading straight on for a while. The path here is gravel.
Step 4: Can you spot any azaleas?
Step 5: As you head into the woods, you’ll notice the towering redwood trees. These look like sequoias to me ❤️
Step 6: The path was wider here and muddier so take care underfoot.
