Step 1: This walk starts just off Lymphne Hill. There is a car park and picnic area situated just beside the bridge.
Step 2: There are no ammenities here but there is a excellent pub/brewery on the other side of the bridge where you can start/finish this walk.
Step 3: Cross over Lymphne Hill to the north of the canal. Take the right hand side. The bicycle path is on the left.
Step 4: The path is firm underfoot in fine weather. We’ll be walking alongside the canal for the whole route. You might want to keep dogs on a lead to avoid them jumping in.
Step 5: There are various wooden sculptures dotted along the route.
Step 6: The views over the former canal are very tranquil. Carry along the path.
