  Step 1: Head through the entrance and enjoy the lovely planting from the start 😍

  Step 2: On the left soon after there is a view point

• 

  Step 3: You can catch your first glimpse of the castle, the water gardens below and the hills on the other side of Lock Dunvegan

• 

  Step 4: There are loads of cool mystical, mossy spots

• 

  Step 5: Keep going and turn left towards the castle

• 

  Step 6: The location is spectacular. If you’ve paid for a castle plus gardens ticket then you can head inside
