• 

  Step 1: We'll begin our walk at the drinking fountain just inside the park, south of Green Park tube station.

• 

  Step 2: With our backs to the kiosk we'll take the pathway to the left of the one that leads into the station.

• 

  Step 3: Although not immediately obvious, the station has a living roof - with a layer of soil and vegetation covering the top of the building.

• 

  Step 4: The living roof has long grass and wildflowers for grasshoppers, crickets, spiders and beetles to forage and shelter.

• 

  Step 5: These will supply nectar and pollen for bees, butterflies, moths, flies and other pollinating insects, and leaves for caterpillars to munch.

• 

  Step 6: We'll continue along the same path across the top of the park. It’s wide, flat and great for all users.
