• Step 1: Welcome to Section 4 of the Lea Valley Walk. This walk follows the Lea Navigation towpath from Lea Bridge to Three Mills.

• 

  Step 2: If starting at Clapton Overground station, take a left as you come out. Then left down Gunton Road.

• 

  Step 3: Carry on downhill towards Millfields Park.

• 

  Step 4: At the park, head to the left & walk alongside these buildings.

• 

  Step 5: At the River Lee join the towpath and turn right.

• 

  Step 6: Head under Lea Bridge Road and along the river.
