• Step 1: Welcome to Section 10 of the Capital Ring! This section starts at South Kenton station. Fryent Country Park can get very muddy so please consider previous weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

• 

  Step 2: After exiting South Kenton station, go past the Windmere pub and take a right onto Windermere Avenue.

• 

  Step 3: Take your first left onto Allonby Gardens.

• 

  Step 4: At the end of the street go through the passageway and turn right onto Montpelier Rise.

• 

  Step 5: Take the next left into Preston Park onto the tarmac path.

• 

  Step 6: Continue straight across the park. There is a nice playground for kids on the right.
