  Step 1: Welcome to this walk around Bury St Edmunds. We start this walk at Bury St Edmunds train station.

• Step 2: Trains to and from Ipswich, Cambridge, Peterborough and Harwich International stop at Bury St Edmunds station. If travelling from London, you will need to change trains at Ipswich.

• Step 3: Buses also stop outside the train station at stop A. As well as nearby on Station Hill, which is stop B.

• 

  Step 4: Come out of the station and head straight, using the footpath until you reach Station Hill.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right onto Station Hill and continue slightly uphill, passing new build flats on your right.

• 

  Step 6: You will then reach a busy roundabout. You need to go straight ahead onto Ipswich Road.
