  Step 1: Welcome to this walk around Hardwick Heath. We’re choosing to start this route from the A&E department at West Suffolk Hospital.

• 

  Step 2: This walk is a chance to connect with nature whilst you’re at the hospital. It’s also a great spot for dog walking as dogs can go off lead.

• Step 3: There is a bus stop along Hardwick Lane, which is the closest public transport hub to the start of this walk. There is also paid for parking at Hardwick Heath.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the sloping path away from the hospital. Use the zebra crossing to continue on and into Hardwick Heath.

• 

  Step 5: Pass a wooden bench and head towards the fence.

• 

  Step 6: Now turn right to follow the grassy path.
