• 

  Step 1: Welcome to Section 8 of the Capital Ring! Head to step 6 to start or begin here at Boston Manor Station. Exit & turn left down Boston Road.

• 

  Step 2: Opposite The Royal Harvester Pub and Haslemere Avenue, turn left onto a broad path.

• 

  Step 3: Continue through the wooden barrier / gap and bear left.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the trail along the fence.

• Step 5: Continue ahead / slight left at the path junction.

• 

  Step 6: Continue on until you reach the Grand Union Canal. Turn right to join the canal path.
