  Step 1: Section 7 starts where Friars Lane meets the towpath. Facing the water, turn right on the towpath. Swipe up for transport information.

  Step 2: Walk along the Thames and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

• 

  Step 3: The path is wide and flat here. It’s also used by cyclists so be mindful of other users.

• 

  Step 4: You will pass under both Richmond Railway bridge and Twickenham Bridge

• 

  Step 5: Look out for the entrance to Richmond Lock footbridge on your left, turn here take the bridge.

• 

  Step 6: There are steps on either side of the footbridge.
