• 

  Step 1: Welcome to Twyford! One of the new Elizabeth Line stations, there’s frequent services to and from London and Reading.

• Step 2: When you’re ready, exit out the station on the north side, towards the town centre.

• 

  Step 3: In the plaza just out front of the station, look for this small passage on the right, just past the station buildings.

• 

  Step 4: This will bring you to Waltham Road. When it’s clear, carefully and quickly cross to the opposite side, and turn right on the pavement.

• 

  Step 5: Most of this walk is on quiet back streets, greenways and country tracks. Just a bit farther along this road until we get out of town.

• 

  Step 6: Soon you’ll come to a wooden barrier. Turn left to enter Stanlake Meadow.
