River Crane Twickenham - the Thames

Walk preview

1. Step 1: This walk follows prior routes from Heathrow to Twickenham and covers the final stretch to the Thames. We start at Twickenham station. Exit to the main road.

2. 

   Step 2: If you need to top up on refreshments turn left for cafes and supermarkets. Otherwise, turn right to start the walk.

3. 

   Step 3: Head downhill away from the station exit and past the bus stop.

4. 

   Step 4: Take a right turn into Bradshaw Close. The river is behind the wall and runs under the road from where we ended the prior walk.

5. 

   Step 5: Continue past these modern houses as the road transitions to a pathway.

6. 

   Step 6: You will come to this gate and stairs over the station platforms. Continue straight ahead past the stairs.
