• Step 1: Welcome to Section 2 of the Lea Valley Walk. This walk follows the Lea Navigation towpath from Ponders End to Tottenham Hale.

• 

  Step 2: If you’re joining from Ponders End, walk down Wharf Road from the station, over the Lee Navigation and join on the right.

• 

  Step 3: The River Lea joins the Lee Navigation just after Wharf Road.

• 

  Step 4: There aren’t a lot of sights but the Camden Hells Brewery is the first one.

• 

  Step 5: This is one of the quieter sections of the Lea Valley Walk, with a few walkers and occasionally cyclists.

• 

  Step 6: Lee Valley Golf Course runs alongside the navigation for a while.
