Step 1: Welcome to the Thames Path! This walk follows the North Bank of the iconic National Trail, from Hampton Court to Radnor Gardens.
Step 2: The nearest station to the start of this walk is Hampton Court station, with trains to and from London Waterloo running regularly. Bus 411 also stops at Hampton Court Station.
Step 3: Meet up with the route at the north end of the Hampton Court Bridge. It’s a short walk from the Hampton Court station on the southern side.
Step 4: You’ll see a sign marking the Thames Path and pointing you on your way. You should be walking with the river on your right.
Step 5: Have some water and enjoy the views at the start point.
Step 6: Then get walking! This first stretch is on a tarmac path.
