• Step 1: This linear step-free walk starts at the Ipswich Waterfront Car Park off St Peter’s Dock, Bridge St, Ipswich IP1 1XH. Nearest railway station is Ipswich and there are bus stops on Vernon Street. Start by the River Orwell.

• 

  Step 2: Take time to walk or wheel and explore the street art adorned building works hoardings created by the local community.

• 

  Step 3: There are public benches and urban greening planters. These contain medicinal plants which boost local biodiversity.

• 

  Step 4: Continue ahead as the footway bears left, past some bollards, and turns into Albion Wharf. Jerwood DanceHouse is on your left.

• 

  Step 5: Keep to the right hand side to avoid the cycle lane - stay aware of bicycles throughout the walk. You’re now walking around Neptune Marina.

• 

  Step 6: There are lots of pubs, restaurants and more things available to explore here including the Ipswich Maritime Trust Window Museum.
