  Step 1: Welcome to this walk around Christchurch Park. It’s a step-free walk for all the family.

• 

  Step 2: We start this walk at the Reg Driver Visitor Centre. There are public toilets here and baby change facilities.

• Step 3: If you’re joining us from Tower Ramparts bus station, you may enter the park from Fonnereau Road. If so, follow the path ahead to the water. Take the path on your right and then turn left to join the path up to the visitor centre.

• 

  Step 4: Take the path to your left to pass the Martyrs Monument.

• 

  Step 5: The monument is to the 9 Protestant Martyrs who were burnt at the stake for their refusal to adopt Roman Catholicism.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the path on your left.
