  Step 1: From Highgate Village, enter the park from the Merton Lane. The Model Boating Lake will be on your left.

• 

  Step 2: On your right will be the Bird Sanctuary Pond.

• 

  Step 3: Take the path round to the right. Follow signs for Kenwood House.

• 

  Step 4: You can start to get good views of the London skyline as you make your way up the hill.

• Step 5: Top Tip: if you don’t want to spoil the view, don’t look back here and wait till step 7 to get the real show stopper view of the London skyline.

• 

  Step 6: There’s a good little cafe at Kenwood House for coffee and slice of cake.
