• 

  Step 1: Start the walk Basford United football ground main gate off Greenwich Avenue.

• Step 2: Go through the gate, and turn left through the car park. There are gates at the top left or you can walk along a path towards the pitches.

• Step 3: Walk towards the pitches on the left

• Step 4: Keep going left between the pitches. Head towards the bottom right of the field to a cut through for the river path. The path will take you all the way to Bulwell, or going right, will take you to David Lane tram stop.

• Step 5: Walk left along the river Leen. The river will be on your right.

• Step 6: You can cross any of the bridges, and carry on walking in the same direction, or return.
