  Step 1: Welcome to this forest bathing walk around Melbourne Park. We’re going to spend some time appreciating the trees around us.

  Step 2: We begin at the Melbourne Road entrance to the park.

• Step 3: The closest bus stop to the start of this walk is Nutshell Road located on Melbourne Road. Bus number 78 stops here. Buses 77 and 77c stop on nearby Aspley Lane too.

  Step 4: Head through the staggered barriers at the entrance, be careful of vehicles if you’re crossing the road.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right to follow the tarmac path.

•
