  Step 1: Welcome to this green space walk around Bulwell. This jaunt starts from Bulwell station.

• Step 2: Trains run to and from Worksop, Mansfield, Sutton Parkway and Nottingham. Bulwell bus station is also nearby. If you arrive via the bus, you can start the walk at Veer Street. Skip to Step 12 if so.

• 

  Step 3: Pass Bulwell Bogs playground. Behind here is the Bulwell Bogs water park, which is open during the summer months.

• 

  Step 4: This is a great spot for a picnic too!

• 

  Step 5: The River Leen has always been an important source of water and power for those in the area.

• 

  Step 6: Cross over the river using this pedestrian footbridge. Turn right when you reach the other side.
