• 

  Step 1: Enter the wood with pond to the left, old stables now a cafe in front and a terraced garden to the right.

• 

  Step 2: Walk up through the small terrace and head on through the hedge into an open garden with regularly changing plants.

• 

  Step 3: You can see the old house (now a hotel) ahead. Head right and at this tree (great for climbing) head right into the woods.

• 

  Step 4: Wander right into a wood made up of tall pines. You will soon find yourself climbing a needle strewn hill where the trees thin out a little.

• 

  Step 5: On the other side of the hill, head down then up the huge steps on the other side. There is a geo cache in the undergrowth to the right.

• 

  Step 6: Look out for the many dens and mock fires pit around by the rangers.
