  Step 1: This is Chamberlain Gardens, a lovely small park in West Birmingham. Follow along on this jaunt of the outer edge of the park. Let’s go!

  Step 2: The walk begins in the north corner, by the junction of Alston St and Ladywood Rd. Start at the park gate and head right on the paved path.

• 

  Step 3: Even for a small park, there’s so much to see and discover. Look left, look right - but don’t forget to look up, too!

• 

  Step 4: Don’t walk on the flowers, but feel free to deviate from the pavement to admire the spring and summer blooms!💐

• 

  Step 5: Can you spot this gnarly tree? Try to keep track of some of the cool and interesting things you see along the way.

• 

  Step 6: Continue on the pavement, with most of the grassy park to your left. Go straight through the path junction here.
