• 

  Step 1: Start at the Xcite Linlithgow leisure centre, which you can reach by bus or by bike by turning into Kettill’Stoun Mains at the roundabout.

• 

  Step 2: If starting at the bus stop, then turn right on McGinley Way towards the leisure centre.

• 

  Step 3: Once at the leisure centre head on the path along the car park towards the Union Canal path.

• 

  Step 4: The path is opposite the entrance and bends to the right.

• 

  Step 5: Pass the West Lothian Cycle circuit.

• 

  Step 6: At the top of the ramp up to the canal, turn right onto the path.
