  Step 1: Welcome to this walk around Broxtowe. We start this jaunt at Strelley Recreation Ground by the entrance on Strelley Road.

• Step 2: The closest bus stops are on nearby Melbury Road and Bilborough Road. Bus L4 stops here. Alternatively you can start this walk at any point. Just tap the pin icon on the bottom left and select the step number closest to you.

• Step 3: During the wetter months parts of this walk can get very muddy and water logged. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear.

  Step 4: Pass through the metal gates into Strelley Recreation Ground.

  Step 5: On your left will be a tall tree carving by Mark Butler. What figures can you see etched into the bark?

  Step 6: Don’t forget to look right too. Theres another tree carving here, this time in the shape of a snake.
