Step 1: The Wandle Trail follows the River Wandle along its whole length to the Thames. We’ll begin at the East Croydon railway station.
Step 2: This route explores the Wandle Valley, its namesake river, over 40 green spaces and 12 nature reserves! There’s plenty of cultural heritage along the way, too. Please note some parts of the Wandle Trail can be quiet and isolated.
Step 3: Start by walking down George Street with the tram tracks to your left.
