1. Step 1: Welcome to our new Suffragette line walking tour. The route should be step-free and involves visiting stations and places along the line. To find out more about the background to this route, tap the ‘read more’ button below.

2. Step 2: We would like to thank the East End Women's Museum and Go Jauntly for support in the curation of this route.

3. Step 3: The walk starts at Barking Station which is on the Suffragette line which was formerly known as the Overground line. Take the train there to begin the walk.

4. 

   Step 4: Exit Barking Station and turn right to head down the Station Parade.

5. 

   Step 5: Cross over Cambridge Road using the zebra crossing and continue along Station Parade.

6. 

   Step 6: Continue along the pedestrianised East Street, which includes this street market.
