  Step 1: Welcome to this nature walk around Bulwell Hall Park. The history of the park dates back to 1770 when Bulwell Hall was built.

• Step 2: The closest public transport is the bus stop on Squires Avenue. Bus number 70 stops here. This is just outside the main entrance to the park.

• 

  Step 3: There is a free car park here, just a short while from the main entrance off Norwich Gardens by the play park. We’re starting the walk here.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the concrete path to the left. There is no pavement on the right here so please be cautious of passing vehicles.

• 

  Step 5: As you make your way along the path, take time to notice nature, such as the hawthorns on your left. They blossom beautifully in spring.

• 

  Step 6: On your left you’ll pass a really handy information board about the birds you’ll find in Bulwell Hall Park. How many will you find today?
