  Step 1: Welcome to this walk around Hartswood! This walk starts at King George’s Playing Fields.

• Step 2: King George’s can be reached by bus from nearby Ingrave Road, or there is a car park if you must drive. You need to head away from the car park in the direction of the play park to begin.

• 

  Step 3: Little bursts of the seasons can be found throughout this walk. From daffodils & bluebells in spring to chestnuts & holly in autumn.

• 

  Step 4: On the right will be a climbing play area for children. It looks like fun!

• 

  Step 5: On your right will be a map & on the left will be a large pine tree.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the gradual decline from here down to Hartswood.
