  Step 1: After work I usually feel like this, but the weather was so nice that I managed to go out for a lovely, slow, run.

• 

  Step 2: For some reason I can't start running until I'm inside the park.. Regent's Canal looked lovely.

• 

  Step 3: This is my usual running lap. The 2 times I run each year.. hehe

• 

  Step 4: Follow the lane around the south part of the park.

• Step 5: Along here you'll meet bikers, skaters, kick bikers and loose dogs, so keep your head up!

• 

  Step 6: Cherry blossoms on their last breath.
