  Step 1: Meet at the Chinese Pagoda, cross the colourful bridge and join the tow path along the canal

• 

  Step 2: Walk South. Stop to watch a canal boat go through the lock!

• 

  Step 3: Pass under the bridge and then over the bridge

• 

  Step 4: After you’ve gone over the bridge turn left and pass through this exercise park

• 

  Step 5: There’s even a climbing wall!

• 

  Step 6: Cross the road or go under the bridge into Mile End Park
