  Step 1: Start at the bottom of King George’s playing fields, at the end of Bosworth Road or Burnside Close

• 

  Step 2: This is part of section 16 of the London Loop. We’re taking a few short cuts to get to the Lake 😎

• 

  Step 3: A short way in, turn right to cut across the field instead of following the path ahead

• 

  Step 4: At the top of the field you’ll see these stones into other open space

• 

  Step 5: Turn right again and go through the gate - this leads to another field

• 

  Step 6: These are all St George’s fields. They were acquired in the 1930s to celebrate the reign of King George V 👑
