Step 1: Start the route from Newhey Metrolink Station.
Step 2: 🚨: September 2026 update. Construction work for new housing is blocking the public footpath from Step 208. Use Hollingworth Road to reach Littleborough Station instead.

Step 4: If you are coming from central Manchester, turn right as you exit the station and make your way over the bridge on Huddersfield Road.
Step 5: If you are coming from Rochdale, you will also turn right once exiting the station and make your way along Huddersfield Road.
Step 6: Once you reach Railway Street, turn right.
