   Step 1: Pick up an ice cream in the east village at la gelataria - hazelnut is the best

   Step 2: Wander up part the timber lodge and towards the velodrome, drop in to watch training and be amazed at the speed demos

   Step 3: Head across the river and walk down through the wild flowers towards the london stadium and then follow the river to the aquatic centre

4. 

   Step 4: Continue along the river (swan boat optional) to the Orbit - thrill seekers may want to head up the orbit and down the Carsten Holler slide😱
