Step 1: Descend the steps into Millhouses Park just by the bridge on Archer Road
Step 2: There’s a good paddling spot here by a big tree with bracket fungus on it. It’s the closest we’ll get to a beach here in Sheffield!
Step 3: Stroll along the path, and next to the cricket field you’ll spot some old buildings...
Step 4: These are the remains of corn mills that put the mill into Millhouses! They date back all the way to the 12th Century & were still in operation until 1939. That’s a lot of flour!
Step 5: Continue along the River Sheaf Walk by following the path. It’s an easy going trail to take by foot or on wheels!
Step 6: There’s an awesome skate park, playground and outdoor gym for those looking for a bit more action!
