  Step 1: Start out at The George pub where there is a large parking lot. Use the stairs out front to head up to the canal tow path.

• 

  Step 2: Take a left to begin your walk along the canal.

• 

  Step 3: There are plenty of lovely narrowboats to admire along the way.

• 

  Step 4: Across the canal is a large cricket ground. Can you spot any matches going on?

• 

  Step 5: If you get tired along the way you could always hire this friendly fellow to take you on a boat trip instead!

• 

  Step 6: You will pass this swing bridge, maybe you will get lucky and see it opening for a boat to pass through.
