  Step 1: Start your walk at Whinfell Quarry Gardens, just off Ecclesall Road South. A 15 minute drive from the City Centre.

• 

  Step 2: Whinfell is a wonderful hidden gem & worth exploring! Take the path straight ahead and walk around the pond.

• 

  Step 3: Just after the pond, & the two huge redwood trees, go up the first set of steps and turn left.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the top path along to the gate that leads out of the gardens and onto a bridleway. Turn right.

• 

  Step 5: Walk up the bridleway, which can be a bit muddy in wet weather.
