• Step 1: We started the walk at Surrey Quays station and headed up past the big shopping centre on your left. Take a right when you see the red swing bridge, pic to follow :)

• 

  Step 2: These swing bridges were installed during the war so that road access to the docks could be locked to stop looting as ships were unloaded.

• 

  Step 3: We had to carry the pram down as it's not accessible here. Mind out, the steps are rather steep.
