Step 1: The walk begins in Market Square. Stalls have been trading here since the Middle Ages.
Step 2: Exit Market Square via St Mary’s Passage. Great St Mary’s Church will be on your right. You can climb the church tower for great city views.
Step 3: You will now be on King’s Parade, where the spectacular King’s College Chappel is located.
Step 4: King’s College Chapel is the oldest sieving building within the College Site. Work began in 1446 five years after Henry VI founded King’s College.
Step 5: It plays a central part in College life to this day. It’s where new students enrol & fellows are welcomed.
Step 6: On your left will be the Corpus Clock one of the most distinctive monuments in Cambridge.
