• 

  Step 1: This circular walk starts at First Avenue Bus Stop on Pershore Road. You can get here on the 45 or 47 bus route.

• 

  Step 2: Take the first left onto First Avenue.

• 

  Step 3: At the end of the road turn right to join the National Cycle Network 5

• 

  Step 4: Continue along the cycle route keeping the River Rea on your left. Egrets and kingfishers are known to fish in these waters.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right onto Kitchener Road, then turn left onto Cecil Road.

• 

  Step 6: At the end of Cecil Rd turn left onto Dogool Lane and cross the road at the traffic lights to rejoin the National Cycle Route 5.
