• 

  Step 1: Leave Newbridge Park & Ride by the road to the Boatman Pub, just before the pub car park take the bridge under the road on your left.

• 

  Step 2: Leave the river path at this point. Where Haile Selassie has walked. There’s two paths here, the second is less of a step.

• Step 3: Join the BB railway path, turning left. After 50m, take the marked footpath on your left down some steps. Follow this path by the stream and up some steps.

• 

  Step 4: You’ll come up the steps under this sign. Turn left and cross the (busy) road when it’s safe.

• 

  Step 5: Turn into Carrswood View and take the steep grassy path on your left.

• 

  Step 6: At the top follow the path bearing right. You’ll see you cross the railway then turn right and head towards the woodland.
