• 

  Step 1: Starting from the Newbridge park&ride bus stop follow the desire line across the traffic island to the path on the far side.

• 

  Step 2: Pass an entrance into Newbridge Slopes on your left and carry on straight up this path with the car park on your right.

• 

  Step 3: At the end on the left you will find a gateway into the wood. Head into the woods turning right and up hill. Follow the route as it flattens

• 

  Step 4: The path will meet another one. Take a right and follow the path up hill using some steps which have been installed by the Bath Ramblers.

• 

  Step 5: Keep going up through the woodland.

• 

  Step 6: More steps will help your ascent
