  Step 1: We start this gentle jaunt just outside Embankment Station in the pretty Victoria Embankment Gardens, which includes a small cafe.

• 

  Step 2: Soak up the flora and fauna mixed with simply stunning views over the Thames to the Southbank and the London Eye.

• 

  Step 3: When you’re feeling calm and ready, exit the gardens down onto the main Victoria Embankment road that follows alongside the river Thames.

• 

  Step 4: Turn right and follow alongside the road, past the entrance to Embankment Station. Don’t worry, we’re not on the busy road for long.

• 

  Step 5: Enjoy moving between these spaces. Be present and mindful. Go under the pedestrian and railway bridges.

• 

  Step 6: Cross the road and head into the Whitehall Gardens.
