• 

  Step 1: Start from the entrance to Moss Bank Park off the A58. There is a large car park to the right including accessible spaces.

• 

  Step 2: Walk into the park along the pavement by the access road. If the gap next to the tree is too narrow, go throgh the car park, keeping left.

• 

  Step 3: Bear left with the road and just pass the fountain, take the hard but knobbly path parallel to the road.

• 

  Step 4: There are some impressive trees to be seen in all directions.

• 

  Step 5: Rejoin the road and turn right along it, taking great care of traffic. Some users may prefer to walk on the grass to the left.

• 

  Step 6: The well-surfaced path off the left makes a nice detour but is only a there-and-back route.
