  Step 1: Welcome to the Mincinglake Valley Park! This park hosts spectacular varieties of landscapes, and we’ll explore them today.

• Step 2: The walk begins at the Sylvania Community Hall (EX4 7DR). There’s a car park off Stoke Hill road here, and it’s a short walk from the Mincinglake Road bus stops on the F1 and F2 bus services from city centre.

• 

  Step 3: When you’re ready, let’s head off! Walk past the community centre on the wide gravel path.

• Step 4: When we walked, there was a community event happening, with lots of family-friendly activities.

• 

  Step 5: Continue straight ahead up the gentle slope.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the sign to the Calthorpe Road car park.
