Step 1: Welcome to this circular walk around Melbourne Park! The closest bus stops can be found on Melbourne Avenue.
Step 2: If you happen to be visiting the Chelmsford Sport & Athletics Centre or the Chelmsford City Football Club this is a great green space to enjoy. If you need to drive, there’s free parking here.
Step 3: To the right of the entrance of the sports centre will be a path taking you into College Woods.
Step 4: There’s an information board when you first walk in. Use this to help identify the types of leaves & trees you may discover on your visit.
Step 5: The path splits here. You need to take the path to the right. The sports centre building will be on your right.
Step 6: It can get muddy here after wet weather. Now follow the path round to the left.
