Step 1: Welcome to the Meanwood Valley, the 'green artery' of Leeds. Following the whole valley, come from rural countryside into the heart of the city along a dedicated green corridor.
Step 2: If you've come by car, park in the Golden Acre Park Car Park (LS16 8BQ) and take the pedestrian underpass across Otley Road. The X84 bus to Ilkey from Leeds City Centre stops just outside the car park, too.
Step 3: You’ll need to get the bus back if you park here. Walking the full trail is an excellent opportunity to see all that the Meanwood Valley Local Nature Reserve has to offer.
