• 

  Step 1: Start at Manor House Gardens cafe, have a drink or a nice snack to eat in or take with you!

• 

  Step 2: Take the pathway that goes past the playground, recently refurbished with London Marathon funding by the friends group.

• 

  Step 3: Go past the playground and tennis courts, following the path round the lake.

• 

  Step 4: Stop and have a look at the wildfowl on the lake at the wooden boardwalk lookout. Spot herons, swans, coots, moorhens and mallards!

• 

  Step 5: Continue along the pathway past the lake back towards the cafe to check out the Ice House, open for tours April to September.

• 

  Step 6: Trace back to the exit you just passed that comes out onto Manor Park Road. Turn right towards Manor Lane Terrace, walk through the barriers
