• Step 1: This 7.7 mile walk starts at Bexley Station and ends at Petts Wood Station. The London Loop waymarking is generally good and is particularly helpful in the woods.

• 

  Step 2: Turn right out of Bexley station and walk along the station approach. Turn left into the High Street.

• Step 3: Due to works you will need to turn left onto Salisbury Road.

• Step 4: Then turn left onto Manor Way.

• Step 5: At the end of Manor Way go under the bridge and turn right to join the path.

• 

  Step 6: Keep along the fence past the cricket club and cottages to a path up onto an old landfill site.
