Step 1: Start at Fen Ditton Church. Notice transitions in your body as you walk. Are these mirrored in the surroundings: colour & movement in trees?
Step 2: As you walk through the village notice signs of community. Who helps and supports you? Who can you reach out to during periods of change?
Step 3: Pass the almshouses. Is your idea of home changing, are you moving or spending less time at home? What makes you feel settled?
Step 4: Cross the village park following the Fen walk signs. Is your body signalling change? Perhaps your breathing or chest is lighter as you relax
Step 5: Leaving the park continue behind the houses along the fields. Name changes in the sounds, smells and sights surrounding you.
Step 6: Continue to the Lock & Weir. Can you see doorways? Are the open, closed or swinging? Notice similar movements, the rise and fall as you walk
