  Step 1: Welcome to Section 9 of the Capital Ring. Head to step 4 for the start or, from Greenford Station turn left and go through the tunnel.

• 

  Step 2: Take the next right onto Rockware Avenue.

• 

  Step 3: Cross over Greenford Road at the intersection next to Westway Cross Shopping Park. You can officially begin Section 9 of the Capital Ring!

• 

  Step 4: Turn left to follow the shared walking/cycle path. Head through a short tunnel into Paradise Fields Wetlands.

• 

  Step 5: You may spot beaver crossing signs along the way. Carefully pass through metal gates - used to keep the animals in their enclosures.

• 

  Step 6: Continue straight along the main tarmac path. This nature conservation area was established on the site of an old golf course.
